SEO & Local SEO

SEO & LOCAL SEO FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES

SEO & Local SEO.
Be found for what you do.

Build a stronger presence in organic search and Google Maps. We work on your website, service content, and local business information so prospective customers can understand what you do and where you work.

A tailored scope for your website, services, and market. SEO is priced separately from paid advertising.

A STRONGER SEARCH PRESENCE

Your services.
Your locations.
Your business.

01

Useful pages

Explain the services customers are researching.

02

Accurate local information

Help people understand where and how you operate.

03

A clear next step

Make it easy to call or request a quote.

TWO PARTS OF SEARCH VISIBILITY

Your website and your local presence need to work together.

Some customers research a service in detail. Others look for a nearby business they can contact. Your search presence should support both.

YOUR WEBSITE

Explain what you do.

Organic SEO focuses on the pages people find when researching your services. We work on content, site structure, and technical issues that affect how your website can be discovered and used.

  • Clear pages for your main services
  • Useful answers to buyer questions
  • Logical navigation and internal links

YOUR LOCAL PRESENCE

Show where you work.

Local SEO focuses on accurate business information and content that reflects your real service area. We review your Google Business Profile and the website information that supports it.

  • Accurate business and service information
  • Google Business Profile improvements
  • Location content tied to genuine coverage

OUR SEO SERVICES

Focus the work where your website needs it.

We review your starting point before recommending a scope. The plan can combine the following areas according to your website, locations, and content needs.

01

Local SEO & Google Business Profile

Review the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of your profile and local business information. We identify where your services, operating details, and website need clearer alignment.

02

Service-page optimization

Improve pages around the specific services you offer. We work on explanations, headings, page titles, and calls to action so visitors can assess whether your business fits their needs.

03

Location-page strategy

Plan useful pages for areas you actually serve. Content should explain real coverage and relevant service details, with a distinct purpose for each page.

04

Technical & on-page SEO

Review crawlability, page structure, internal links, mobile usability, and technical barriers. We prioritize issues in the context of your existing website and agreed scope.

05

Content planning

Identify practical questions buyers ask before making an enquiry. Develop original content that explains your expertise, supports your service pages, and helps people make a decision.

06

Organic lead measurement

Review search visibility alongside calls, forms, and lead outcomes where tracking is available. The goal is to understand how organic visitors move toward relevant business inquiries.

SERVICE & LOCATION CONTENT

Give every page a reason to exist.

A service page should help someone understand the work you do. A location page should explain how that service applies to an area you genuinely cover. We plan content around those different jobs.

That means describing the service, who it suits, relevant project or business details, and the next step. We use your actual capabilities and coverage to guide what belongs on each page.

We also review existing pages and their performance before recommending new ones or changing the site structure. Useful indexed URLs are preserved wherever possible.

Questions your content should answer

  • Do you provide the specific service I need?
  • Do you cover my location?
  • What does the work involve?
  • What helps me assess your experience?
  • How do I get a quote or ask a question?

HOW WE APPROACH THE WORK

A practical plan, with clear priorities.

Your current website and market shape the plan. We avoid treating every business as the same set of tasks.

01

Understand the starting point

Review your website, services, markets, existing content, and available search data. Identify gaps and agree on the business goals the SEO work should support.

02

Prioritize the work

Set out the technical, local, and content improvements in an agreed scope. Clarify the pages involved, information needed from your team, and how changes will be implemented.

03

Review and refine

Review completed work and available performance data. Use visibility, relevant traffic, inquiries, and lead feedback to inform what needs attention next.

MEASURING PROGRESS

Connect visibility to business inquiries.

Rankings and traffic provide context. We also want to understand whether the people finding your website are interested in the services you sell.

Discovery

Which searches and pages bring relevant visitors to your website?

Action

Are those visitors calling, submitting forms, or taking another useful next step?

Fit

Do the inquiries match your services, location, and capacity for new work?

Measurement depends on the tracking and access available. Your team’s feedback helps connect website inquiries with what happened after contact.

SEO SCOPE & PRICING

Start with your website.
Build the right scope.

Your SEO proposal is based on your existing site, competitive market, locations, and content needs. We agree on the deliverables, responsibilities, and price before work begins.

SEO is separately scoped and priced. Your proposal reflects the work your website and market need, independently of any paid advertising services.

What we need to understand

  • Your website and priority services
  • The locations you genuinely serve
  • Existing pages and available performance data
  • Who can provide business details and website access

Running paid campaigns too? Google Ads management can support a separate paid acquisition strategy while SEO develops your organic presence. Buying ads does not purchase organic rankings.

SEO & LOCAL SEO FAQs

Know what the work involves.

Clear answers about your website, local coverage, scope, and expectations.

What is the difference between SEO and Local SEO?

SEO addresses your website’s organic search presence through content, page structure, and technical work. Local SEO focuses on your local business presence, including Google Business Profile information and content about the areas you genuinely serve. Your scope may include both.

Can you work with my existing website?

Yes. We review your current pages, structure, and available performance information before recommending changes. Useful existing content and indexed URLs are preserved wherever possible. Any proposed structural changes are considered as part of the plan.

Will you create pages for every city near me?

Not automatically. We plan location content around actual coverage and useful information for customers. Each proposed page needs a clear purpose; changing a city name alone is not the content strategy.

How long does SEO take?

SEO develops over time. Progress depends on your starting position, website, competition, and the work required. We agree on priorities and review progress without promising a fixed ranking or traffic deadline.

Do you guarantee first place in Google or Google Maps?

No. Rankings and visibility can vary, and no specific position, traffic level, or lead volume is guaranteed. We focus on the agreed work and review its progress using the information available.

Is SEO included in Google Ads management?

No. SEO is separately scoped and priced. The landing-page optimization included in your Google Ads plan supports the agreed paid campaign; it is not a full SEO service.

What access or information will you need from us?

We confirm the access needed for your website, Google Business Profile, and available search or analytics data. Your team provides accurate service details, coverage areas, business information, and approvals for the agreed work.

Do we need to run Google Ads as well?

No. SEO can be scoped separately. If you also run paid campaigns, relevant insights can inform content priorities, but paid advertising and organic search remain separate channels.
