CHOOSE THE EVENTS YOU WANT MORE OF

BETTER CONTEXT BEFORE THE TOUR

Your sales team needs more than “Is it available?”

Help prospects understand the venue before they inquire. Then collect the details your team needs to decide what to recommend.

Make capacity and packages easier to understand.

Use clear guest-count ranges, genuine venue photography, and accurate package information. Where you choose to publish starting prices or minimums, we make their conditions clear.

Reflect the dates and events you want to promote.

Share your booking priorities so we can adjust messaging and campaign focus. Your team confirms availability; advertising does not reserve dates or connect automatically to your calendar.

Reduce unrelated search traffic.

Search-term reviews and negative keywords help reduce job searches, supplier inquiries, and event searches that do not match your venue. Your feedback helps us refine the targeting.

A MORE USEFUL EVENT INQUIRY

Start with the details
that shape the booking.

  • Event type and preferred date
  • Whether the date is flexible
  • Estimated guest count
  • Package or budget expectations
  • Contact details for follow-up

We agree on appropriate form fields during onboarding. Your team confirms the details, checks availability, and arranges the tour.

FROM VENUE SEARCH TO SALES CONVERSATION

Give every click a clear next step.

Google Ads management, a relevant landing page, and an organized inquiry workflow work together to support your venue’s sales team.

01

Reach people comparing venues

We research relevant searches, manage your targeting, write ads, and review search terms. Campaigns focus on your location, venue offering, and the event types you choose to promote.

02

Show why your space belongs on the shortlist

We use your real venue images and business details to explain the setting, capacity, and packages. A focused landing page is included when needed, with ongoing improvements to forms and calls to action.

03

Keep inquiries moving toward a decision

Call and form tracking, lead filtering, a mini CRM, and email and/or SMS notifications help your team organize inquiries and record what happened after the click.

Your team hosts the tours and closes the bookings.

Vemlo handles campaign management and the lead workflow. Your team checks dates, follows up, arranges visits, prepares proposals, and secures bookings. Feedback on which inquiries progress helps us improve the campaign.

LOOK BEYOND INQUIRY COUNTS

Know which inquiries
became real opportunities.

A form submission and a confirmed event are different outcomes. Keep your team’s follow-up visible so campaign discussions go beyond clicks and raw lead totals.

Record whether the event fits, whether a tour took place, and whether a proposal became a booking. That feedback helps us understand which campaigns attract relevant interest.

01

Start with a credited deposit

Pay $250 USD online. Your deposit lets us begin onboarding and campaign preparation, and the full amount becomes credit toward your weekly management fees.

02

Share your venue and booking priorities

Your account manager guides you through event types, capacity, service area, packages, budget, and goals. Connect your existing Google Ads account and provide real venue photos.

03

Prepare the campaign together

We prepare your ads, tracking, and a landing page if needed. Your team confirms the venue details and approvals, then follows up with the inquiries your campaign generates.

SIMPLE, TRANSPARENT PRICING

A management fee tied
to your actual ad spend.

Pay 20% of what your Google Ads campaigns actually spend, calculated and billed weekly. Your advertising spend is paid directly to Google.

Plan the full campaign budget

We recommend $3,500+ USD/month in ad spend, depending on your event types, market, and booking goals.

Example: $3,500 in actual monthly ad spend + $700 in management fees = $4,200 USD combined.

Management fees are billed weekly. Your $250 deposit is credited toward those fees, not added on top.

Why a $250 deposit?

It lets us begin onboarding your business and preparing your campaign. Each week, we apply available credit to your management fee. You are charged only for the amount that the remaining credit does not cover.

QUESTIONS FROM VENUE OWNERS

Know what happens
before you start.

Clear answers about event fit, your team’s role, and the cost of getting started.

Can you focus on weddings, corporate events, or particular dates?

Yes. We shape campaign priorities around the event types you host and the bookings you want to attract. Share your available capacity and date priorities with your account manager. Your team still confirms availability, and advertising cannot guarantee that a particular date will fill.

How do you help attract inquiries that fit our venue?

We align targeting and page messaging with your location, capacity, event types, and packages. Inquiry forms can ask about dates, flexibility, guest count, and budget. Search-term reviews, lead filtering, and your feedback help identify mismatches, but not every inquiry is guaranteed to fit.

Will you arrange tours or take bookings for us?

Your team contacts prospects, checks availability, arranges tours, prepares proposals, and confirms bookings. Vemlo provides campaign management, tracking, lead filtering, notifications, and a lead dashboard to support that work. Calendar synchronization and venue reservation software are not part of the standard offer.

What does the 20% management fee cover?

The fee covers Google Ads setup and management, ongoing search campaign optimization, call and form tracking, a landing page when needed, ongoing landing page improvements, lead filtering, a mini CRM, and email and/or SMS notifications. It is 20% of actual Google Ads spend, calculated and billed weekly. Advertising is paid separately to Google.

Why is there a $250 deposit?

The deposit lets us begin onboarding and campaign preparation. It is an advance toward your management fees, not an additional setup fee. The full $250 USD is credited toward weekly fees until it is used up. A $100 weekly fee would use $100 of credit and leave $150 for later fees. You pay only the balance that remaining credit does not cover.

What advertising budget should our venue plan for?

We recommend $3,500+ USD per month in Google Ads spend, depending on your market, event types, and goals. At $3,500 in actual monthly ad spend, the management fee is $700, making $4,200 combined before applying remaining deposit credit. Management fees are billed weekly; the monthly figures are an illustration.

Do we need a new website or new photography?

We assess your existing page first and include a focused landing page when the campaign needs one. You provide accurate venue details and photography you have permission to use. We can identify useful image gaps, but a photography shoot or full website rebuild is not included in this plan.

Are SEO and Facebook or Instagram ads included?

No. SEO, Local SEO, and Meta Ads are available as separately scoped and priced services. They can support venue discovery and visual promotion, but the 20% fee and credited deposit on this page apply to the Google Ads management plan.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

Your venue owns the Google Ads account and pays Google directly for advertising. You connect your existing account during onboarding. Service is month-to-month, with management fees calculated and billed weekly, and no sales call required to enroll.

Does the Toronto Grand result mean we can expect similar bookings?

No. It is a historical result from a specific client engagement, not a forecast or a result attributed solely to Google Ads. Your outcome depends on demand, location, pricing, availability, budget, and your team’s follow-up. We do not guarantee a number of inquiries, tours, or bookings.
